Shipping policy

Every item is printed to order especially for you, so please allow a little production time on top of delivery. Here's what to expect.

1. Where we ship

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

2. Production time (made to order)

Because each caricature is created and printed just for you, orders take approximately 2–5 business days to produce before they're dispatched. A real person checks every design before it prints.

3. Delivery estimates

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

UK: approximately 2–4 business days after dispatch.

So most orders arrive within roughly 1 week in total. These are estimates, not guarantees — delivery can occasionally take longer during busy periods or due to carrier delays outside our control.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated based on your order and delivery address and shown in full at checkout before you pay. Any free-shipping offers are applied automatically at checkout.

5. Tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email when you order and a dispatch email with tracking (where available) once it's on its way.

6. Multiple items

If your order contains several items, they may be printed at different facilities and could arrive in separate parcels at slightly different times — that's normal and there's no extra charge.

7. Correct delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, and any reshipment may incur an additional cost.

8. Delayed, lost or undelivered orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at info@wackywearstudio.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier. See our Refund & Returns Policy for how we handle items confirmed lost or damaged in transit.
