These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Wacky Wear Studio website and the purchase of products from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

3. Our products

Every item is a personalised, made-to-order product created from the photo you provide. Please note:

Caricatures are stylised, exaggerated artistic interpretations — deliberately "wacky" and not photo-realistic likenesses.
Product colours and print may vary slightly from how they appear on your screen.
You are responsible for checking your uploaded photo and the on-screen preview before you order. We create your item from what you approve.

4. Your photos — rights, consent and acceptable use

When you upload a photo, you confirm and warrant that:

you own the photo or have permission to use it;
everyone shown consents to its use, and you have the consent of a parent/guardian for any child under 18;
the image is not unlawful, infringing, offensive, hateful or otherwise inappropriate.

You grant us a limited licence to use, process and reproduce your photo solely to create and fulfil your order. We may refuse or cancel any order, or remove any content, that we reasonably believe breaches these terms. You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from your breach of the rights/consent warranties above.

5. Intellectual property

All content on our site — including our brand name, logo, designs, text and images — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. You keep the rights to your own uploaded photo.

6. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is unavailable, there's a pricing error, or the content breaches clause 4) and will refund any payment taken.

7. Prices and payment

Prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout via our payment providers. We take care to price correctly, but if we discover an error we'll contact you before processing your order.

8. Personalisation and approval

Because each item is made to order from your photo and approved preview, please check your upload and preview carefully. We are not responsible for errors in the photo you supply or the design you approve (for example, an unclear or incorrect photo).

9. Shipping and delivery

Items are printed to order, so please allow production time in addition to delivery. We ship within the United Kingdom. Delivery timescales are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

10. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Because our products are personalised and made to your specification, they are exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Your rights for faulty or incorrect items are fully protected — see our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including that goods must be of satisfactory quality, as described and fit for purpose.

12. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be excluded by law (including your statutory rights). Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information and photos, and forms part of these terms.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on our site when you place your order.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England & Wales.

16. General

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in force. These terms, together with our Privacy and Refund policies, are the entire agreement between us.
